1. What we collect

2. How we use it
- To run the core features you use: dose reminders, calorie tracking, and recipe matching.
- To personalize targets (protein, calories, hydration) to your dose phase.
- To improve the app, fix bugs, and understand which features are actually useful.
- To send you reminders and updates you've opted into — never marketing you didn't ask for.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your health or personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't share your dosing or medical notes with employers or insurers.
- We don't use your health data to train third-party advertising models.
4. Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers to run the app — for example, cloud hosting and crash reporting. They can only use your data to provide that service to us, under contract, and never for their own purposes. If you connect Apple Health or Google Fit, data flows only with your explicit permission and can be disconnected at any time in your device settings.
5. Your choices
- Access & export: download a copy of your logged data at any time from Settings → Your Data.
- Correction: edit or delete any entry directly in the app.
- Deletion: delete your account and associated data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent.
- Notifications: turn off reminders or emails any time in Settings → Notifications.
6. Data retention & security
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of account deletion, except where we're required to retain limited records by law. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
7. Children's privacy
GLP Prime is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
